I'm wanting to get a straight perm and I was wondering if there are any hair salons in San Diego that do it cheap but with an excellent outcome most salons that my mom check do it for $500-800...is there anywhere cheaper?Hair salons that do perms in Chula Vista, San Diego?
what is your nationality? is it natural curly or chemical curly? these things need to be known and i can tell you how to diy.
