Spend at least a small amount of your time in the tanning bed each session with your arms up behind your head or lay on your belly with your arms over your head.Tanning Salons..Any ladies have a suggestion to get the tops of shoulders and backs of arms evenly tanned?
the last couple minutes or so of the session i sooch down so i can put my hands behind my head expose the backs of my arms and underarms. that way you dont have the pure white underneath compared to the rest of your body
